At Omkar Ayurved Hospital, we are committed to providing excellent Ayurvedic healthcare services. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointments or treatment packages. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.
1. Consultation Appointments
Cancellation
- 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund or free rescheduling
- 12-24 hours before appointment: 50% refund or rescheduling with ₹200 fee
- Less than 12 hours or No-show: No refund
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge if done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
2. Treatment Packages

3. Accommodation
Room Booking Cancellation
- 7+ days before check-in: Full refund minus ₹500 processing fee
- 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund (one night's charge applies)
Early Check-out
In case of early departure, refunds for unused nights will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds for check-outs within 48 hours of booking.
4. Wellness Programs & Retreats
- 30+ days before program start: Full refund minus 5% administrative fee
- 15-29 days before program start: 75% refund
- 7-14 days before program start: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund (credit for future programs may be considered)
5. Medicines & Ayurvedic Products
- Medicines and Ayurvedic products once dispensed are non-refundable due to quality and safety regulations.
- In case of manufacturing defects or wrong products delivered, please report within 48 hours for replacement.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. In the following cases, we may offer full or partial refunds at our discretion:
- Medical emergencies (with documentation)
- Death in the immediate family
- Natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions
- Visa rejection (for international patients, with proof)
Note: All special circumstance requests must be submitted in writing with appropriate documentation within 7 days of the scheduled appointment/treatment date.
7. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via email or in writing.
- Please include your booking reference, contact details, and reason for cancellation.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Services already rendered
- Dispensed medicines and products
- Customized treatment preparations
- Special promotional packages (unless specified otherwise)
- Gift vouchers and credits
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. The policy applicable to your booking will be the one in effect at the time of purchase.
